Malcolm X
Malcolm X was the leader of the black Muslims in America throughout the 1960's, he was opposite to Martin Luther King with his attitude towards violence and protest.
- Blacks rejected Christianity as a "white" religion
- He did not agree with those who followed Martin Luther King and his pacifist methods.
- He believed blacks needed to protest with force or violence to create any effect on civil rights.
- He was assassinated in 1965. He murder was believed to be over his relationship with the Black Muslim movement .
